As a technology, it is cheap, fast to deploy and once running doesn’t rely on regular fuel input, as well as being capable of being rolled out in a vast number of sizes and locations. Solar energy has rapidly gained popularity and has become the foundation of Yemen’s electricity supply, with more than 70% of households now using solar as their primary energy source. The project uses the company’s C72/Nsh+ bifacial N-Type TOPCon modules with a maximum efficiency of 22.6%, enabling power output up to 585W.
