As a province that develops well in the PV industry in north China, Shandong has stated in the Fourth Five-Year Plan of the Development of Renewal Energy of Shandong Province that, Shandong’s installed renewal-energy capacity will hit 90GW in 2025, within which, PV installed capacity will reach 57GW.
During the exhibition, Suntech shows its new-generation modules of the Ultra V Pro series which adopts the N-type TOPcon battery. Compared with the currently mainstream PERC battery, Suntech’s new battery has a peaking output efficiency of 25%.
Double-sided high-effective modules of the Ultra V Pro series have been exhibited, which boasts a higher efficiency, lower levelised cost of energy (LCOE), lower balance of system (BOS) cost and more favourable reliability. Currently, the modules have been sold to domestic customers, in European and Australian markets.
As a world-known VP enterprise, Suntech always aims to develop new battery technology and improve its manufacturing techniques. The overwhelming advantage of the N-type TOPcon battery itself plus the breakthrough in assembly technique has allowed modules of the Ultra V Pro series to become cutting-edge products. The modules now have already been delivered to domestic, European and Australian markets.
As a PV industry-leading enterprise, Suntech always sticks to its original aim that is, “Recharging the Future of the Planet and Bringing a Better life”. It constantly achieves breakthroughs in product technology, increases its core competitiveness, implements the mission of low carbon and makes its own contribution to achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
