The Swedish branch of Suntech’s European Customer Service Center is the first branch of the company since the establishment of the European Customer Service Center in Germany this year. It aims to provide Nordic customers with convenient and perfect customersServices, thereby achieving the goal of full coverage of the customer service network from point to point.
Founded in 2012, Norden Solar´s main business is the distribution of photovoltaic products. It is headquartered in Stockholm and has branches in several other major Swedish cities such as Gothenburg and Malmö. To better providing global customers with comprehensive and convenient services is Wuxi Suntech’s “customer-centric” service concept for Suntech’s European customers. This establishmentis a strategic milestone for Suntech’s development in Europe.
